I felt after reading this book.

One of the strengths of the book is its emphasis on the importance of nurturing a child's whole brain, rather than focusing on just one aspect of development.

The authors provide a comprehensive approach to child-rearing that takes into account the interplay between different areas of the brain and the role of relationships and experiences in shaping a child's mind.

The "Brian Bits" at the end of each chapter are also a helpful feature, summarizing the key points and providing additional tips and for parents to implement in their daily lives.
